Had a lovely stay at Cape Standard. Tino and Paddington truly impressed me with their exceptional hospitality. They arranged dinner reservations and shared insightful local tips. The room was spacious, featuring a cozy sitting area and a private terrace with a beautiful garden view. Breakfast offered a varied selection, making mornings enjoyable. The pool area's greenery created a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. I did face some WiFi issues since my room was a bit far from the main building. the connection dropped frequently, which was frustrating. the calm environment and the warm team's dedication made up for this inconvenience.

Cape Town's lovely little gem 🌊
Wow, it felt like chilling at a mate's house! Tino and Paddington were super helpful, sharing the best local spots. Brekkie by the pool was a highlight with fresh juice and amazing bread. Room was comfy with its own patio—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring!
WiFi could be a bit dodgy at times, but it didn’t ruin the vibe.

The breakfast options are genuinely impressive, with a fresh variety like cereals, fruit salads, and the occasional pancakes that blend well with the cozy outdoor patio for dining. The planted garden and pool area are well-kept, proving a nice escape for relaxation.
The property isn't without its flaws. The absence of a generator is a hassle during power cuts, leading to dark nights and disrupted Wi-Fi. Room access is a bit convoluted with multiple keys, and the shower head in some rooms is uncomfortably small. cleanliness could use more attention, as some bathrooms had mold, and towels felt old and stained.
